Meet Our Local Partners

We value the strength that comes from knowing where your food is grown and we live by those ideals. Below are some of our valued food & beverage partners.

We proudly serve @nilaacoffee from our Philly-based sister-company. Launched in 2019, Nilaa Coffee focuses on direct & responsible sourcing, exceptional roasting, and community impact. With a focus on lesser known origins of specialty coffee from Asia and beyond, Nilaa’s mission is to educate and immerse neighbors in the world of coffee in a way that welcomes everyone.

Kristi, Devin and little Quinn run an amazing farm in Mount Joy, PA using organic practices. Not only do we love serving their produce, but we will also be serving as a weekly CSA pickup from June - September. Please visit @fifthmonthfarm to sign up for the CSA or ask any questions.

Aaji’s is a women-led family venture that launched in Philadelphia in July 2021 sharing food passed down through their family’s Coastal Indian traditions. We serve @aajisfood’s tomato lonsa as an essential ingredient in several of our vegetarian offerings.

Radhi’s hot sauce brand brings the heat to Philly! @faiya.co makes small-batch artisanal hot sauces using fresh organic produce, no sugar, additives, or preservatives. Add some to our food for a tasty kick or buy your own bottle to take home.

Lost Bread Co. is a Philly-based bakery selling good bread to nice people (that’s us). They mill their own flour, and it is entirely grown in the mid-Atlantic region. Their Japanese milk bread is to die for, and is the vessel for our honey butter toast.

Horse Shoe Ranch is a local chicken farm in Pottsville and they produce some of the best damn eggs we’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. When you get a breakfast sandwich from us, nobody around has better eggs than ours.
